What's the difference between Flight Crew and just using Claude or ChatGPT directly?

The AI platforms are capable. What they don't have is any knowledge of your business. They don't remember your context between sessions. They can't monitor your operations or flag issues before you notice them. And they won't keep up with changes for you.

Do I need technical expertise to work with Flight Crew?
No. We handle everything technical. You just need to be able to tell us about your business and make decisions when we bring you recommendations. If you can run a Shopify brand, you can work with Flight Crew.
How long does onboarding take?

Most operators are airborne within five to seven days. The first week focuses on connecting your data sources and building the initial context layer.


The intelligence becomes meaningfully more accurate over the following 30 to 60 days as we complete the first full navigation loop.
